How Crescon came into being

In 2008, after years of renting, I decided to move into my own place. As the projects I liked were completely sold out at this time, as an industry insider I decided that, if I wanted something doing, I would have to do it myself.

I picked out an old house in a tree-lined street among the villas of Prague’s Podolí district. In its place I came up with the apartment building at Procházkova 7, which was my home for several years and inspired me to form Crescon.

Since then, my colleagues and I have successfully completed several further projects, and we have many new ones in the pipeline. We approach the design and implementation of each project in the same way as our first venture, i.e. as though we are building it for ourselves.

Our values

Every day in our work we are surrounded by people helping us to implement our projects. We have great respect for them because of that.

First and foremost, there are our clients, who live, work or spend their free time in our developments. We always try to make their cooperation with us an enjoyable experience.

Another group comprises people who are affected by our projects and whose lives are influenced by them. Be they neighbours, associations, contractors or government officials responsible for permitting our projects, we are open with them and nurture long-running proper and decent relations with them. We do not conceal anything from them and whenever we make them a promise, we keep it.

I would also like to mention my colleagues. I have been working with all of them for several years now, and some of them have been with the company since the early days. I appreciate their never-say-die approach and the fact that every day they move our projects forward.
