Comfortable rental housing with assistance services for more active seniors
Introducing the Bílčická Home – a place providing retirees with short- and long-term housing as a public social service. It will offer you or your loved ones the opportunity to live in comfort, enjoy community get-togethers, and benefit from medical, rehabilitation, nursing and other assistance services. All overseen by AHC a.s., an experienced social service provider.
Rental apartments in various layouts
There is a choice of full-size barrier-free apartments with layouts of one to three rooms. Ranging in size from 33 to 94 m2, all units come with their own kitchen area and bathroom. The home’s clients pay monthly rent plus utilities based on actual consumption and a price-listed service charge. The rental price also includes basic assistance. Clients may also order additional services.

24-hour reception
A 24-hour reception service will enable every resident to make use of all the home’s available facilities with the assistance of trained staff.
Assistance available at all times
The home will also offer service apartments for professional care workers. This means they will be on site and at the disposal of the seniors living here at all times.
Clubhouse for entertainment and visits
The clubhouse right next to reception will become the home’s hub. Here, residents will be able to meet up with each other and with their guests. It can also be used to organise social activities, lectures and other events.
Doctor in the house
On the ground floor of the home, there will be a GP’s office to provide residents with daily health care.
Healthy body, healthy spirit
Regular services to support and maintain the functionality of the musculoskeletal system, such as massages or physiotherapy, will be available.
Pamper yourself
Many special-rate services, including hairdressing, pedicures and manicures, can be booked at the reception desk.
We’ll take care of your laundry and cleaning
It goes without saying that the assistance services on offer will include the regular cleaning of the apartments and the on-site washing, drying and ironing of laundry.
Food delivery
Residents can have groceries and ready-made lunches delivered, or enjoy the local canteen, as another service offered to make their day-to-day life easier and more pleasant.
A fresh and varied programme
All-round care for seniors will include wide-ranging leisure activities, such as memory training, creative workshops, language courses, a film club, exercises in the garden, and excursions.

Location
Exercise in a natural environment
The Bílčická Home will be built on the left bank of the Vltava River, above the Velká Chuchle racecourse. This site is notable for its rich nature and lots of greenery – nearby are Chuchle Grove, which has a nature trail and a small forest zoo, and the Radotín Rocks natural monument. More active seniors can therefore look forward to numerous opportunities to go on walks in the local area, accompanied by a caregiver if they wish.
The home will be sensitively set among the surrounding buildings after thorough consultation with the city’s urban development experts. One of the reasons we chose the concept of a home was the mix of local residents, who would welcome assisted rental housing for their elderly family members.
