CRESCON, a purely Czech development company, was founded in 2008 with the aim of combining professionalism with a human approach, innovation with respect for traditions and quality with an emphasis on detail. OUR BEGINNINGS

Our journey began with the question of how to create properties with value for decades. From the first smaller projects, we emphasized every detail - from the selection of the location to the final implementation. Although the beginnings were not easy, each successfully completed project moved us forward. We built an experienced team and gradually embarked on more ambitious projects, from residential construction to commercial buildings to large recreational resorts.
