What we do

Crescon is a property developer. Our team of specialists has what it takes to provide the full gamut of services needed to implement a project. This encompasses the selection of a suitable piece of land, the structural design, financing, the coordination of project work, proceedings to obtain permits, construction, the handover of the property ready for occupancy, and its subsequent management.

We strive to control the investment process from day one, i.e. as soon as the land has been bought and the initial study has been drawn up, as this enables us to design and build cost-effective, spatially efficient and operationally economical buildings that meet our clients’ needs and requirements.

We invest our own funds into projects and, in certain cases, we link up with other investors. We also have the resources to offer turnkey solutions to customers interested in building a private home to the highest standards.
