developer company CRESCON won the public trade competition of the Prague City of Prague for the revitalization of the Českomoravská and Kačerov metro stations. She won in individual business competitions by meeting all qualification criteria, submitted the required studies for future use of metro stations and last but not least offered the price above the required contracting authority.

"We are very pleased to be able to implement these interesting and very demanding projects. We must follow a number of strict conditions set by the transport company, such as logical requirements for maintaining transport services, approaches and passages to the station, including the construction of barrier -free entrances or construction and subsequent operation of public toilets. Regarding the future functional use of metro vestibules, we will ensure that there are no playrooms in the future. We expect common, very practical services to the public such as bakery, flower shop, newspaper and magazines, hairdressers or cafes ”.
